We’re building the company we wish had existed when we became moms.

Maternity is a learning, community, and care platform for mothers. We exist because the early years of motherhood are among the most transformative — and most under-supported — stretches of a person’s life. Information is everywhere; trustworthy guidance, when you need it, from someone who has been where you are, is rare.

Our mission is simple: be the most trusted place a mom can turn to. Whether you’re three weeks into your first pregnancy, navigating a colicky six-week-old at 3am, raising tweens through hormone changes, or somewhere in between, we want you to find a course you can finish in a nap window, a conversation that makes you feel less alone, and providers we’d send our own families to.

We’re headquartered in Canada, building first for Canadian moms, and planning expansion into the United States and Latin America as we grow.

What we believe

• Moms are the experts. Most of our instructors are not credentialed teachers — they are moms who lived it and have something honest to share. We add clinicians where clinical guidance matters.
• Real community, with real safety. No algorithm-fueled pile-ons. No bots. Moderation by humans who know what postpartum looks like.
• We stand behind our marketplace. If a provider lets you down, we’ll help you make it right — that promise is in our terms.
• Education over guilt. Every parent makes different choices. Our job is to help you make yours from a place of information, not fear.
