  We will never sell, scale, or growth-hack our way out of being trustworthy. If a feature would erode trust with a tired mom at 3am, we don’t ship it.

• Moms first, always

  Every roadmap decision starts with: does this help a mom? If not, it gets cut. If we’re unsure, we ask one.

• Build with care, ship with clarity

  Small, well-considered releases beat big, splashy ones. We measure twice, write things down, and move fast where it’s safe to.

• Honest disagreement

  We say what we think, change our minds when we’re wrong, and assume good intent in each other.
