How does the verification process work?
Once you apply, our marketplace team reviews your credentials, business documents, and online presence. We follow up with a 20-minute video call to confirm scope and fit. Most providers complete verification within 3 business days.
How and when do payouts work?
Listings are subscription-based, so most providers don’t take payouts from us, clients pay you directly. For partners using our future booking flow, payouts run on a weekly cadence via Stripe Connect with standard 1-2 business day transfers.
How are leads handled on the Premium plan?
Leads are matched by stage, need, location, and category. We deliver them via email and an in-dashboard inbox the moment they come in. There’s no lead cap, you get every match that fits your filters during your subscription.
What are the content and conduct rules?
Honest claims, evidence-backed advice, and zero predatory marketing. We don’t allow MLM, anti-medical content, or unsubstantiated medical claims. Full guidelines are shared during verification and live in your provider dashboard.
What’s the termination policy?
Cancel any time from your provider dashboard, your listing stays live until the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our content rules or repeatedly fail mom-side quality feedback.
How is the Featured tier selected?
Featured is open to any verified provider on the $49 tier, placement within a category rotates daily so every Featured provider gets fair top-of-page time. We don’t auction or sell ranking.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within the first 14 days of any paid plan, no questions asked. After that, we prorate refunds for annual plans on a case-by-case basis if something on our side broke.
Can I list multiple locations or brands?
Yes, Premium with leads includes multi-location listings under one account. For multiple distinct brands, apply separately so each has its own verified profile.
