Do I need to put in a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever and never asks for payment details. You only add a card when you choose to upgrade to Pro or Family.
Can I switch villages on the Free plan?
Yes. You can switch villages anytime from your profile. Free plan members have access to one village at a time; Pro and Family unlock all eight at once.
How does Family billing work?
One subscription covers two adult seats: you and a partner, co-parent, or grandparent. Each seat gets their own login, saved lessons, and community profile, billed once per month.
What happens if I cancel?
Your paid features stop at the end of the current billing period. Your account, saved lessons, and community history remain on the Free plan, so nothing is lost.
Do you offer scholarships or discounts?
Yes. We reserve a number of full scholarships every month for moms who need them. Reach out from the Help center and we will get back to you within a few days.
